I had mixed feelings about my stay at Eric Vokel Suites in Barcelona. The area was fantastic, close to all the major spots, and I really appreciated how clean the apartment was. However, the service left a lot to be desired—issues with check-in and the way my party was treated dampened my experience. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were a plus, the customer service made it tough for me to fully enjoy my stay.
